Tower Trax ATV Recreation Park Rules
1. No glass containers are allowed at the park.
NO HIGH SPEED RACING, PAY ATTENTION TO ALL SIGNS
NO DONUTS OR SPINNING IN THE PARKING LOT OR ON THE GRAVEL ROAD
2. Consumption of Alcohol while or before operating a motorized vehicle is NOT permitted.
3. No one is allowed to possess any dangerous or controlled substances including, but not limited to
firearms and explosives within the park.
4. Litter laws are strictly enforced. Place litter in an appropriate trash receptacle or "Pack It In, Pack It
Out."
5. Spark arresters are not required.
6. Stay on the trails. Do not remove or destroy trees, shrubs, plants, grass or animals. We want them to
remain for everyone to enjoy.

8. No swimming, hunting or fishing is allowed in the park.
9. No fires are to be built in the park.
10. All ATV drivers and riders should follow the manufacturer's safe operating procedures.
11. Passengers are allowed, but must sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Form. Anyone not signing a
waiver is considered a trespasser.
12. Flags are not required but are recommended.
13. Those under the age of 18 must have a waiver consent signed by a parent or legal guardian in the presence of a park staff member. Or, you may sign and notarize and bring to park. Parent/legal
guardian must closely supervise minors.
14. Be courteous of other drivers and Park Employees.
15. Everyone rides at their own risk. Know your limitations and do not exceed the capabilities of your
vehicle and your experience.
16. Failure to comply with the above rules, regulations and safe operating procedures can result in your
being temporarily or permanently banned from using the park or participating in any future park activity
or events.
17. The park is neither liable nor responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal property or
injury to visitor(s).
18. All vehicles must operate in a manner to avoid incidents and/or accidents while in the park.
19.Helmets are required for riders and passengers under the age of 13
20. There will be no toleration for fighting. Any violation of this rule will result in being banned from the property and being arrested.
21. Keep speed down (SLOW) in the parking areas, paying attention to those loading and unloading.
22. No trespassing on adjacent properties.
